@IITKgp,a prestigious institute is demanding unfair amount of 17000/- (internet,gymkhana,hostel charges) from new students who haven't visited college. When we asked, they said that you have to pay fee for the salary of employees. Do IITs not paid enough funds?@DrRPNishank
