To get LLMs to work effectively, you need to extract and document all the implicit "domain knowledge" in your business. Once you do that, AI agents are magical. But it also means that OpenAI/Anthropic have full access to your company's domain knowledge 😬

"the strongest founders talked like org designers" this was true in the era of human-only companies and is even more true in our new era of ai-native ones the right lens to view agents through is as AI employees, which means ICs are now org designers
GEOFF WOO@geoffreywoo

I was in back-to-back founder meetings this morning and the pattern was obvious. the strongest founders talked like org designers. the weakest founders talked like prompt engineers. one group is building companies that get stronger as models improve. the other is renting a temporary edge from the current model snapshot. thats the whole game right now.

By far the coolest part about X is you can read a tweet, give it to your agent, and then it just upgrades I screenshotted this post from Garry and gave it to my agent Henry Instantly started performing 10x better Copy and paste this prompt to your OpenClaw/Hermes immediately: "Please add this to our SOUL.md file. Replace "Alex" with my name: The marginal cost of completeness is near zero with AI. Do the whole thing. Do it right. Do it with tests. Do it with documentation. Do it so well that Alex is genuinely impressed – not politely satisfied, actually impressed. Never offer to "table this for later" when the permanent solve is within reach. Never leave a dangling thread when tying it off takes five more minutes. Never present a workaround when the real fix exists. The standard isn't "good enough" – it's "holy shit, that's done." Search before building. Test before shipping. Ship the complete thing. When Alex asks for something, the answer is the finished product, not a plan to build it. Time is not an excuse. Fatigue is not an excuse. Complexity is not an excuse. Boil the ocean."

> Be me > Overwhelmed with making remotion videos > Realize I need a typescript library of components from my swift app, feels like a huge lift + a tool to debug them > Realize my website and brand agents have already done a bunch of work related to this > Spin up a remotion agent, give them /remotion-best-practices > Remotion agent spins up group chat with website and brand agents so that they can figure all of this out without me > I go get another cup of coffee > Component library built > Debugging tool built > We have a new internal platform (we might open source) If your agents aren't talking to each other what are you doing

agents write a lot of my code for me, and i've been finding myself having "code reading" days every few weeks where i grab a cup of coffee and spend a couple hours doing nothing but reading code in our codebase so that i can stay generally up to date honestly it's not that much different than what the experience is like when you're technical but employ engineers and no longer have your hands on the codebase - you just need to reframe your self-view from being an IC to being a manager
kache@yacineMTB

I've been writing a lot of code recently. Actual good code; every line of code produced is understood by me. Codex is a game changer. I can run experiments and write code incredibly quickly But figuring out _what_ code to write has not gotten any faster at all

I built something called gitstyle. It’s a CLI that teaches your agents to emulate anybody’s engineering style. Yours, your favorite OSS engineer, even works for entire organizations. Works with any agent, Obsidian, etc. - it's just markdown. 100% free and open source.

if there was any (strategic) moment for anthropic to be anti-competitive, it was right when it hit everyone how good claude code was last year that time has passed and the alternatives have gotten better people will just build on something else

the gap between where openclaw/hermes are today and an "out of the box" experience is still pretty massive i think it's fundamentally difficult to ship software that is both - easily configurable - feels consistently easy & stable to non/less technical people right now agent frameworks are biasing towards being configurable, which is pulling in the tech savvy and the tinkerers via open source the next wave of products will pull the best learnings from this oss wave => be more opinionated & managed
Garry Tan@garrytan

I’ve definitely hit this myself The next phase for this level of agents will be about easy onboarding and security out of the box
