@AmericanAir The whole purpose of my tweet was to strongly suggest a designated line for this specific process because your automated system says go online, online says speak to an agent and then you wait for an agent and never get one because you wait and it disconnects you.

@AmericanAir I completely understand that that, but it’s pretty difficult when I spend 3+ hours on hold (average) only to be disconnected and moved to the back of the line.

@AmericanAir 3 hours and 17 minutes on hold just to get disconnected and have to start over again. For the love of god please make a designated line for parents to call for unaccompanied teen ticketing. The tickets I needed are now gone and it’s almost $200 more for the next one.
