@JeremyZegas82 @CoxComm Mine was going out at least once a day for 2 weeks..this past Sunday, we got a new router. Internet has gone out at least once a day since. Today it was FOUR times (granted it was very windy). Cable never went out, just the Internet.

Oh weird, my @CoxComm internet service is out again. Maybe giving companies virtual monopolies is not great for customers?

@CoxComm Now we have to drive back home, get the router, drive back to the store & hope we're not told we can't exchange it. Customer service isn't service anymore. YOUR agent online OR YOUR store worker screwed up and the customer is the one who suffers. Really disappointing.

@CoxComm Not sure about you, but I don't like wasting my time driving to the store only to find out we were either told the wrong information or the guy at the store doesn't know what he's talking about.

@CoxComm Just got to the store and the gentleman working there said IT'S COX POLICY that we only have the 15-day window if we UPGRADE the router, not if we exchange it. Well, who's policy is it? Cox online or Cox in-store???

@CoxComm @CoxComm I think you need to get your Live Agents on the Help chat and your store personnel on the same page. I asked the live agent if we had to bring in our old router to exchange it for a new one, and I was told we have 15 days to bring back the old one.
