I'm usually on the side of getting punished for testing positive for weed is dumb in almost any scenario, but in this scenario, given Rice's past issues and the fact that he's on probation, there's no defense for this imo. All-time bad decision making.

#Chiefs WR Rashee Rice violated his probation after testing positive for marijuana (THC) and has been ordered to serve 30 days in jail. He was booked this afternoon in Dallas County, Texas, and will be released from custody on June 16. That timeline means he’ll miss OTAs and minicamp. @MattFosterTV first reported the news.

@khawe @tbhorka Still could be. Clemson still has a top coach, VT in year 2 of Franklin should be good, auburn had an elite 5 star qb that will be in yr 2. Byu will have their qb in his 3rd yr starting. I think people judge these with no real evaluation, if it aint the top 5 schools,its shit

Every P4 school has the right to become an independent should they choose. Many of them used to be independent.
Every P4 school has the right to then negotiate for its own TV deal once they declare their independence.
Every P4 school has an opportunity to earn an automatic bid to the playoff.
