@TigerNE_CU @CalebJHull If you build stadiums in/right next to the city, you invite business growth. Shopping and dining establishments specifically will open surround the stadium, which allows fans to enjoy more than just the game.

@TigerNE_CU @CalebJHull I don’t think a parking garage would improve anything. I’m saying American stadiums are ugly and inconvenient. I definitely think public transit and not having the stadium in the middle of nowhere would make US stadiums better.

@Is408solafide @CalebJHull What about a parking deck improves the time it takes to leave? I can't think of a single city where full dependence on public transit was quicker, more effective, and safer. Maybe DC is the singular exception. Not NYC. Not Chicago. And clearly not LA.

@TigerNE_CU @CalebJHull It’s not about land availability. It’s about convenience and just general aesthetics. American sporting venues are hard to get in and out of because you’re in a 5 mile long line of cars at all times and they’re just butt ugly. Car dependency is over the top here.
