Uhh here’s my personal rankings of the No More Heros 1 bosses.
In my humble opinion there are no bad bosses in this game. I think it’s one of the very few games to have a flawless boss roster in my eyes.

Dunmer Hlaalu councilman Vares Veleth in Necrom, revived to attend court summons and resolve a minor land dispute between two of his great grandsons, of differing families.
Despite displeasure with his descendants' quarrel, he was very approachable, and seemed in a good mood.
