@Shadaya_Knight Is it even biblical to kneel down for a woman to married her. I think this is man's doctrine and not from God. I can tell you I love you and I want us to spend the rest of our life together in loving way and not you expecting me to be on my knee and ask you to marry me.

KNEELING TO PROPOSE
Men, never ever find yourself on your knees begging a woman to marry you. There is nothing remotely romantic about such an act, rather it is a symbol of submitting to your woman
A man being on his knees isn't something that should be taken lightly, a man represents strength, so when a man is on his knees, it is submission to a greater strength. Sons would get on their knees to be blessed by their fathers. Men would be on their knees to honour their king. Men would be on their knees to honour their God(s) or ancestors
Now we have a generation of pussified men who go on their knees to beg women to marry them, as if the woman will be doing them a favour for getting married to them. Mind you, these are women who have already been used by other men before, gave their best years to other men, now they're just damaged, traumatized & come with baggage (kids)
This is what happens when men don't know their worth. Previous generations of men knew their worth, that's why they didn't beg women, they simply married women. Understand this, the only time a woman will go through any intense difficult in marriage is during child birth
But you as the husband will be in a forever cycle of intense difficult, as you will have to provide for & protect her. Marriage will benefit her more than you, it is an achievement for her. That's why whenever women who used to be friends & lost contact throughout the years, when they meet the first thing they ask esch other is "are you now married?"
Marriage is a such an achievement for a woman, she comes into the marriage with nothing but can leave with everything. Marriage changes her social status, the way a single woman is looked at is different from the way she's looked at as a married woman
So again, why should you as a man be on your knees begging someone so you can elevate & actually take care of them for the rest of their life. Someone you will dedicate all your blood, sweat & tears for
With this knowledge never kneel to beg a woman to marry you, by the way she doesn't marry you, you marry her. Kneeling is a sign of submission, once you kneel you have transferred power in that relationship. You have signed up for disrespect & other numerous excesses
A marriage that is started by begging, will only be sustained by begging & will end with the man begging
