It’s very unfair that it’s only Ankole without a king. I think we need our kingdom back.

@BalaamBarugahar @mkainerugaba Hon.@BalaamBarugahar there’s the Nation of Israel & the State of Israel. The Bible speaks about the Nation of Israel. Not the state of Israel. The state of Israel is full of Violence & attacks these distractions are nt the things the Bible teaches , we are to live in Love.

After my tweets the other day in support of Israel, our country experienced numerous cyber attacks. We shall investigate all of them. We will take strong action against those who sent and supported those attacks.

Adding value to locally produced milk is no longer just an idea, it is the future of Uganda’s dairy industry. At @LatoMilk, farmers across the Ankole sub-region now have access to a reliable market for milk that would otherwise go to waste. With a processing capacity of up to 600,000 litres per day and plans to expand even further by the end of the year, the factory is turning raw milk into a range of products including flavoured, skimmed and full cream milk, milk powder, yoghurt, ghee, and butter, serving both local and export markets. Across this value chain, thousands of Ugandans are earning a livelihood, from farmers to transporters to factory workers. It is a clear reminder that investing in value addition is not just good economics; it is essential for inclusive growth. Uganda’s future lies in producing more, but even more importantly, in processing what we produce. #ExploreUganda #ExploreAnkole

I dint want to look at the personality of kasumba but the honestly truth is in what he is staying , if u invested and left people to work, most tyms the workers u leave will kill your investment because of poor handling of clients . But if you’re there , asking clients how they feel about the service lyk Mandala usually does (close supervision) , even the workers will give a good service coz they don’t wanna be in trouble with the boss. That’s all I got in his post .

@IsaacRuk @data5cientist @SamsonMKasumba Isaac, you seem a nice & knowledgeable guy. But don't be too quick to defend Kasumba. Read his post slowly to see the hidden messages. He is just a name dropper and show off.

I slept in a small Motel in Ntungamo. The rooms are decent and there is warm water. The challenge is that the investor left the business to people looking for jobs. My brother told me that the Americans say: never put more than 500$ in anything you will not personally supervise. Now I know why Mr. Mandela is doing well. I have found him many times at his eateries waiting on tables and checking on the experience of his clients! That Motel will not last long if the owner, whoever that is, does not fix customer experience.

Western Uganda doesn’t need more events; we just need to align better. Kasese has already taken its position with the Rwenzori Marathon. That’s clear adventure and endurance in the mountains. Fort Portal is also consistently active, especially with motorsport on the calendar, plus its strong nature and wellness appeal. Mbarara, on the other hand, has a powerful lifestyle identity: food, cattle culture, and agro experiences, even if rally isn’t always on the calendar. If you look at how people actually move, the journey is usually: Mbarara → Kasese → Fort Portal (or the reverse). So instead of competing, we should build around that flow. Start in Mbarara for food, culture, and lifestyle. Move to Kasese for adventure and the marathon. Finish in Fort Portal to relax, explore nature, and catch events like rally. Same region, different strengths, one connected experience. That’s how we grow, not by copying each other, but by playing our roles and supporting the full journey. Don’t replicate. Align. Collaborate.

@Opolacen @data5cientist @SamsonMKasumba So you’re saying their typical client is the one entitled to a poor customer experience?. A bad service is a bad service, we’ve been in “Toninyira” with good care we’ve also been in nice places with a rude n poor service care. Embrace his opinion without attacking the person.

@IsaacRuk @data5cientist @SamsonMKasumba Samson isn't their typical client. He was a random walk in. Client profiling shouldn't be taken for lightly. There are many hotels he should have booked and compared with anything.
