Well - it took @AirCanada 10 years to win my loyalty & in 3 days it will have lost it. Our flight home is Saturday & they haven’t cancelled it - so to change our flight to ensure we get home looks like it will cost us $2k … totally within their control - lost my trust!

Applied for a Canadian visa to go see my sister and her baby (whom I am yet to meet) and got denied on the basis that the visa officer isn’t convinced that I, an NHS doctor, will leave Canada if granted entry. All this as the one year anniversary of our mum’s death draws closer.

Dear @WestJet After cancelling our ✈️ home and no contact or new flight for 6 days. The least you should do is reimburse your customers for the hotel and new✈️they were forced to purchase because of your cancellation. @WestJet : Declined Pathetic and embarrassing.

Flight AC126 cancelled. Air Canada customer service is terrible. Automatically Rebooked 25 hours later with no hotel, no food voucher, no rental car. Customer service unwilling to help. They expect me to sit in the airport for 27 hours with an 8 year old child. #aircanada

Big shout out to @WestJet who cancelled my wife's flight, leaving her and our 9 month old baby stranded, and didn't rebook her so she had to find her own flight home (and pay for it). You just denied her claim to refund her for the canceled flight. Absolutely atrocious. 🖕
