@Mikeffiong1 @_PastorUmoEno Can I have update of the inspection team when the assessment is complete especially on the science schools as I am particularly interested in those schools.
English

Today, I inspected the ongoing construction of the Model Secondary School at Ikot Akpan Abia Ubium, Nsit Ubium LGA, one of our flagship projects under the ARISE Agenda, aimed at advancing education across Akwa Ibom State.
This model school, the first of three (one per senatorial district), will feature modern classrooms, ICT and technical labs, hostels, a library, sporting facilities, and a multi-purpose hall.
Beyond education, projects like this stimulate our local economy, create employment opportunities, and bring development in our communities. We’re not just building schools; we’re building the future of Akwa Ibom. God bless Akwa Ibom State.

English

@UdofiaEA @Humbhle_ak @Man_Nuelz The words you type are punctuated.
For instance.
English Ibibio
Matches – Udadikañ.
Cinema _ Itie Use Ñdise
Borehole - Mmóóñ Esañ Ukwak
Angel - Isûñutom Abasi
Newspaper -- Ñwed Mbûk
Bookshop – Ufôk Udua Ñwed

Who are the Ibibio? by Edet A. Udo - Google Books books.google.com/books/about/Wh…
English

@Humbhle_ak @Man_Nuelz This is why I love my Ibibio language. No punctuations. You all can struggle with British & American English to your detriment trying to get syntax right. I finished everything with English the day my dissertation was approved for my PhD. Now, I speak Ibibio. That’s my identity.

@vickAlmondo @udoma_akpaku @nzemmili @Erhi_Orisha What nonsense are you typing?
What did the general Ibibio nation do?
What separation and what Efik leadership bloc are you talking about?
The Ibibio Union was at its peak in the 1930s, so where did you get “Efik/Ibibio Nation” from?
English

@udoma_akpaku @nzemmili @Erhi_Orisha Check, they're we're all called Efik/Ibibio Nation in the 1930s.
The current Ibibio nation sought separation citing lack of general carriage from the largely Efik leadership bloc.
What I find funnier is that the Annang too sought separation from the Ibibio nation & all bcame..
English

We don't even have up to 20 ethnicities in Nigeria.
Neto@docneto
Nigeria is the third most ethno-linguistically diverse country in the world, with over 500 languages. The majority tribes often think the country starts and ends with them. It's often only minorities that recognise the existence of other minorities.
English

@MubarakGold1 @JoulesBella 300 dialects??
I'm not sure you know what you are saying.
English

@JoulesBella Abi akwa ibom..
Oron Nation alone has about different 300 dialects, apart from ibibio, and im not kidding.
English

@Aka_rugo @TammyJayAfc @sochii_ma @docneto To set the record straight, Efik is not the language of Ibibio. It’s the other way around.
Even the British, who forced the Efik Bible on Ibibio due to language similarities, made it clear that the Efik are a small Ibibio clan.
There are documented history to that effect.
English

Did you know that Efik is the literary language of Ibibio? For over hundred years if an Ibibio person wanted to write their language they had to write Efik. They also used the Efik Bible. How does that make sense? The link you provided did not list many Igbo tribes like Abriba, Ndoki, Enugu Ezike, Oguta etc.

I am a Nigerian I am an African I am a Black man 🥹🙌🏿 The name is from a minority tribe called Glavda in Borno state, Nigeria
English

@Aka_rugo @TammyJayAfc @sochii_ma @docneto You are wrong, the Ibibio writing Efik as thier language was British made, the Ibibio previously using Efik bible was also British.
Infact there was a vote conducted in Calabar to determine which of the two would be adopted as a written language.
Avoid saying what you don't know
English

@ebubeNike042 @Maryluvt You are stupid, when did Ibibio start having kings talkmore of 28 kings??
Una go just dey talk rubbish for social media anyhow.
English

@Maryluvt She's Ibibio oo
Those people Adekunle killed their 28 kings and raped their women
English

I love how Igbo people are now responding to stereotypes as this. Projecting your yorugba realities on us will never be ignored like before. I love what is happening in the quotes.
We are not telling you people to stop but we promise you a more brutal response, màkà chì!

This person is from Akwa ibom, she's not yariba. This is what pisses me off. These minorities will throw a punch and hide their hands and let others suffer the consequences.
What are Akwa ibomites known known for? Nothing. Your women are either wh0res or housegirls or witches, your men are either gatemen or jobless wanderers. The Efiks treat you like a plague because you guys are c@nnibals and sl@v€s. Once rain starts the onlything you think about is s£x thats why all your women are either Infected or single mothers. Worse of all, your elders force you people to marry your dead. Very u$£less entites
English

@Uforo111 If we are to trace it back to the precolonial era, I think the mother tongue “Aside” is correct. What we spell today as “Eside” might be the result of the infiltration of Efik words due to the forced imposition of Efik on mainland Calabar by the British colonialists.
English

@Isaiahsolomon21 Yes, in fact, most people... even I myself, call it Aside, but within Annang it is Eside, though the mother tongue makes it Aside.
English

Ikpe Annang supreme pantheon deity Aside/Eside Ikpe (Esiere in Ibibio) and its shrine in Mbiabong. Nickname, Ikpe Abang or Eside Ikpe nnem ekong Annang.
Ikpe in Ini LGA supreme pantheon deity 'Esiere Ikpe'. How connected are they? What is their relationship?
@Isaiahsolomon21
English

@Uforo111 I have many, I will make findings regarding that.
Thanks for pointing out this, my research in Essien udim have always been based on Ukana and some other settlements.
English

@Isaiahsolomon21 Yeah, you got it right.. that's the point I was trying to make. It is not a coincidence. If you can ask, or if you have anyone there in that Ikpe Ini, ask them the names of other minor deities to see if they correlate with these deities... Nsad akob (Nnem iban), Una ñkōng, ..
