IFCP had a very busy Mother’s Day trapping week--24 cats TNVR'd. Intake into foster (this week)—2 litters of 3 kittens, a momma cats with 4 kittens, and a momma cat with 6 kittens. Lots of lives saved and lots of lives improved. Thanks to all who support us as we help the cats!

The group that saved the Eastside Orangeys and so so so many others (including my mom’s two Blondies) needs our help. They’ve trapped/fixed/vaccinated/released 247 kitties in our community here in 2027! And it’s only April. We all matter or none of us do, & all means all. Help

We bring her treats...feed her yummy wet food multiple times a day, but momma cat still hates me!! I'm not taking it personally, she is just doing her job as a protective momma and feeding her babies--which at 3 weeks old are all healthy weight358 g, 378 g and a whopping 425g!!!

@teresawhitebear We have several tricks we use when going in the kennel to weigh the kittens and leave her food...right now just giving her space...happy that she is taking good care of her kittens!!!

Mistletoe has been my best momma cat ever!! She made weaning easy for me and her babies. At two months the kittens still try to get a milk snack from her!! Holly had to endure a bath this morning to get one!!

@JanOMalley3 Yes...it makes it very hard to "count" cats during the planning process when so many look the same...they either get counted twice...or not at all!!! A variety makes things easier...but we do what we can with the cats we encounter!!!
