Exactly 2 months ago, @accuRx decided to build video consultations. At lunchtime today, we did our one millionth video consultation. Huge kudos to frontline staff adapting fast & under pressure, in GP practices, NHS trusts, & other providers across the country. #digitalPPE @NHSX

In February 2020, @EalingCCG was the CMC top care plan creator in London with 181 plans created, followed by @IslingtonCCG @IslingtonGp and @HounslowCCG with 145 and 134 care plans created respectively. Thank you to you all for your hard work in driving this forward!

Our QI team worked with a #primarycarenetwork in Islington and managed to achieve improved vaccination rates in all eligible groups, despite vaccine uptake being lower across London compared to 2018/19 @DoctorShaine

Our QI team have supported our excellent nurses, dually qualified in physical and mental health - to increase the number of patients with severe mental illness who have an annual health check and receive high quality care planning as part of this review @IslingtonCCG

@IslingtonCCG @IslingtonGp QI team have more than doubled (107%) the number of people at the end of life who have a CMC care plan in place. This is projected to save £530,774 by preventing in-hospital deaths. This is such a huge achievement, thank you for all of your hard work.
