Here's three things to remember about this benign tumor:
▶️Well circumscribed w/ lobules separated by fibrous septa with numerous slit-like blood vessels & hyalinization at the septal periphery
▶️Cells look myoepithelial-like in a fibrochondromyxoid stroma, but are panCK & SOX10/S100 negative!
▶️Partial cartilaginous differentiation: consistently CD34+, ERG+ (and in 70% of cases also SOX9).
💎Bonus: it harbors a recurrent THBS1::ADGRF5 fusion.

A circumscribed biphasic neoplasm composed of epithelial and myoepithelial cells embedded within a chondromyxoid stroma, closely resembling its salivary gland counterpart.
