Safaricom should allow M-Pesa deposits as long as someone is within Kenya. Restricting deposits simply because a person is far from an M-Pesa shop is unreasonable and denies access to an essential service. Such policies inconvenience customers and undermine trust. This is unacceptable and must be addressed. @SafaricomPLC you don't need to sack Kenyans money to the Last minute.

Monopoly behaviour 101: Kill a perfectly working M-Pesa app. Force users onto a slow, freezing ‘one app’. Break basic features like search. Make it depend on a SIM so that users by saf bundles. Safaricom, bring back the M-Pesa app and let it run as you fix this one.

The @Safaricom_Care my one app is really unfriendly… how many times will it keep asking me to turn on mobile data? And it’s an app for crying out loud, why can’t it just work on WiFi the way other normal apps do??!!

Safaricom removed a perfectly working M-Pesa app and forced this ‘one app’ on everyone, for what? It keeps freezing, lagging, crashing, and can’t even search contacts properly. Now, after the latest update, I need a SIM card on my phone just to use an app in 2026?? Did anyone even test this thing before rollout? Nothing about this is better. Nothing. People are just enduring it because there’s no alternative. You can’t tell me I’m the only one dealing with this
