Right now, she still goes line by line in Airtable to check his work. The day she stop doing that is the day our “intern” graduates. Building with AI is a skill. You only get better by doing it.

Train via comparison, not rules. She’d write her own version of a ticket, ask him to compare, and tell him to apply what he noticed. It was easier than explaining every rule or preference from scratch.
