Having 40k at 20s-30 many could argue is better than having 200k worth of value at 50.

These clubs that run non-stop mostly play once a week. If you play with excessive intensity twice a week with a moderate squad size, you will struggle big time. Ask Newcastle's Eddie Howe. I don't think Leeds and Bournemouth can do that consistently if they are playing midweek European games. It doesn't look sustainable unless you have a massive squad with good physical and fitness profile.

Unpopular opinion! I know it's extremely tempting, but Kikuyus should restrain themselves from criticizing the Naivasha–Narok–Bomet–Kakamega–Kisumu–Malaba SGR extension. We look so bad and selfish!! Frankly Speaking, when it comes to paying the SGR loan, the SGR technically, or at least partly, pays for itself. If we can maximize its utilization, it can pay for itself. In 2025, the SGR generated around KSh 21 billion in revenue. Furthermore, it has put our country on the map and expanded our GDP by almost 5%. Now imagine what extending it to Uganda would do… This is a good thing. Even if you hate the President and his administration, this is one project we should all support, in fact, it should have been done 10 or 20 years ago!
