@AsheinAmerica @SouthwestAir @SouthwestAir ruined what they had going for them. I pretty much exclusively flew southwest and had two of their credit cards (business and personal) but with their policy changes and increased credit card fees, they've lost my loyalty.

Business schools should offer classes on how spectacularly @SouthwestAir destroyed their distinctive business model and shat on customer loyalty. Never again.

I'm at jury duty scrolling Instagram. Didn't realize my volume was all the way up, and a reel plays the first two notes of Allstar by Smash Mouth,🎶"somebo..." 🎶before I could x out. The woman beside me laughed out loud 🤦‍♂️ Sorry your honor.
