@gsiskind Why would #USCIS think multiple applications per person is legal?Can 1 employee work with 10 different employers at the same time while he is on H1B? No. When this is not possible, multiple applications also should not be possible.

The anecdotal evidence from the listservs is that if you only filed 1 application, you had less than a 15% of getting selected in the H-1B lottery. Why? Because many people filed large numbers of applications from different employers. So instead of 1 chance, they had 10 or more.

@airindiain I have been waiting for my refund past 2 months. There is still no update. As per the MoCA memorandum, a full refund is allowed w/o levying any cancellation charges within 3 weeks of time. It's almost 9 weeks now. Can you look into my request and expedite it?

@airindiain Need to initiate the refund for the booking made in March. When I reached AI customer care, they informed to send a mail to e-commerce. When I mailed, got the response to reach out to customer care. Im being bombarded here and there. @MoCA_GoI @HardeepSPuri @PMOIndia
