@wendyknowler Hi Wendy 🙂 update on the situation - I reached out to the business about the expired item and they were very accommodating in resolving the issue - I’ve received a new item and they were expired one has been collected - all at no additional cost to me 👍

@wendyknowler Hi Wendy, what recourse do I have if an online retailer sent me an expired product on an order (Black Friday one)? There was no disclaimer about expired products.
One out of the 3 items was manufactured in 2022. Product is not used by me.I did a batch code check.

@Its_Adene Even if it wasn’t expired, you have a legal right to return it within 7 days, for a refund. (Cooling off period, in terms of the Electronic Communications & Transactions Act.)
But given that it’s (undisclosed) expired, you should not be made to pay for the courier “uplift”.

@WOOLWORTHS_SA just updated my WW app and I’m still NOT able to access or even join the loyalty program.
I’m irate about the vouchers / rewards that I’ve lost out on since the change to WW rewards.
I’ve logged this a while back with your team and still NO resolution.

@Dischem The store eventually opened 15 minutes after opening time. Please just relay the message that the opening of the store should not be halted due to poor time keeping of the dispensary staff.
They told me that it’s policy they can’t open if the dispensary manager hasn’t arrived 🤨

@WOOLWORTHS_SA what’s happening with the My Difference tab on the app? I can’t even access it as the app just closes when I click on “Join My Difference”.
There’s no option to update the app in the iOS App Store at this time.
