From a girl full of 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗲... ...to a girl 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱 of her wins. 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘥? A complete mindset switch. I had to question everything: My beliefs, perspectives, approaches, way of thinking, reactions… I had to let go of many, so I could learn and build new ones. The ones that will serve me better and help me live this beautiful life I have. Even if a lot has changed when it comes to my mindset… I'm still improving and will be doing so for the rest of my life. BUT What was 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁 that helped me with my transformation? ➝ Building a 𝗙𝗜𝗧 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗦𝗘𝗧. I used every lesson from my gym sessions and reverse-engineered it for my personal growth. From accepting mistakes, building persistence, setting goals, and finding solutions to shaping a healthy way of loving myself. It all came with a great bonus too. I’ve built a body I 𝘦𝘯𝘫𝘰𝘺 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 and 𝘴𝘦𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 in the mirror. I want to help you do the same. Show you how to 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗼𝘂𝘁 from your fitness journey to upgrade yourself. You don’t question the soreness after leg day. You know it means something’s changing. But when life hurts, you think something’s wrong. What if the discomfort is just growth without a pump cover?
