A complete mindset switch.
I had to question everything:
My beliefs, perspectives, approaches, way of thinking, reactions…
I had to let go of many, so I could learn and build new ones.
The ones that will serve me better and help me live this beautiful life I have.
Even if a lot has changed when it comes to my mindset…
I'm still improving and will be doing so for the rest of my life.
BUT
What was 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁 that helped me with my transformation?
➝ Building a 𝗙𝗜𝗧 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗦𝗘𝗧.
I used every lesson from my gym sessions and reverse-engineered it for my personal growth.
From accepting mistakes, building persistence, setting goals, and finding solutions to shaping a healthy way of loving myself.
It all came with a great bonus too.
I’ve built a body I 𝘦𝘯𝘫𝘰𝘺 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 and 𝘴𝘦𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 in the mirror.
I want to help you do the same.
