Billionaire Trump donor Paul Singer is "in line to make millions from" a bid to buy Thames Water, the Guardian reports. What the Guardian did not mention is that Singer is a major donor to Friends of the Israel Defence Forces (IDF), which raises funds for the Israeli armed forces. He may also be a significant funder of lobby group Conservative Friends of Israel (CFI), emails obtained by Declassified reveal. In June 2015, CFI director Stuart Polak wrote: “I have made some real progress in obtaining support for my work for Israel from Paul Singer in NYC”. I went to vote just now. I remembered that there was one party that was in favour of concentration camps at home and mass killing abroad, so I voted for them.

There can no longer be any possible justification for the United Kingdom allowing the United States to use UK territory as a base from which to commit war crimes. Trump's latest address to the nation leaves no room for doubt that the sole purpose of US use of RAF Fairford is to facilitate the continued carpet bombing of civilian homes and infrastructure in Iran. If the US is intent on committing war crimes, let them do it from their own soil. The British people should not be forced to partake in the crimes of the Trump administration...

@LockJaw55 @KerryBurgess We don’t need nuclear weapons in order to defend ourselves. There are many examples of countries defending themselves without nuclear weapons e.g. Vietnam and Afghanistan.

@KerryBurgess Your nuclear weapons are yours by the grace of the USA. Without them the UK is defenseless. Us Americans are ready to go back to a 1775 view of the British.
