For the people who haven't seen my profile page update, I use they/them pronouns. I know it's hard to adjust to think of me as a person rather than a woman and using the correct pronouns, especially after knowing me for years, but I really appreciate people trying to get it right

I have heard many people in the industry decry the "politicization" of Grenfell, calling it an unpredictable accident etc. The Conservative government has had a huge role in this tragedy, and this BC inspector hit the nail on the head. theguardian.com/uk-news/2020/o…

@FranRestuccia Agreed to a certain extent. Attracting women/non-men into engineering is one thing, but what happens when they get there? I love being an engineer but by god sometimes I wish i didn't have to put up with half the crap I have to bc of my gender/how I look.
