@EE We’ve had no signal in Fowey, Cornwall for over a week now, when are EE fixing the mast? We are paying for a service which is unavailable.

@melraunch1 Buy Rapeseed oil instead, especially those produced in UK as it supports UK farmers 👍

@TomLarkin_ I was amazed at the size of his paintings, massive. It’s really difficult to paint on a very large canvas.

@carolvorders A really important vote and @stevedouble didn’t bother. Your constituent’s now know where you stand…… in the selfish self-preservation box.

English

How did your MP vote on the Johnson privileges committee report?
Have a look
Tag them, send it back to us here along with your opinion, particularly if they abstained
Let's go 💪🏼

@carolvorders Good point @carolvorders . Two questions…..
1. Why don’t we spend the 1.6b on speeding up the asylum/immigration process, then we won’t need the barge/prison?
2. Why wasn’t a British contractor awarded the contract to create British jobs?
English

Australian company given £1.6bn for asylum barges/accommodation
The contract was awarded without competitive tendering
Jaysus....it goes on and on and on

@izzyminx_too WHAT have I told you about lending our hammock to Pandas?

Baby panda trying to get on a hammock.. 😂

One of the all-time great finishes at the World Pilot Gig Championships. After winning every race this weekend, the amazing Fowey ladies were just beaten on the line by an oar’s width. A first ever title for Helford. Just incredible to witness. #gigrowing #WPGC2023

Heading out to spectate the Women's Vets/Supervets racing this morning.
Live coverage on the Gigrower.co.uk Facebook page for anyone who fancies watching some gig racing!
First race at 1130! 🚣♀️

@phil_russ @drchatterjeeuk @timspector I have about 100ml of apple juice on porridge about 3 times a week, so I shall stick to my mantra of ‘everything in moderation’ is okay. How’s the fetish of booze, chocolate, cake and crisps going?
English

Would you order a coke or a glass of orange juice? Seems like a question with an obvious answer. But my guest on the podcast this week, @timspector, has a different perspective to most!
Why?
English

@RuddertheSkip @izzyminx_too We look directly into to the bedroom when launching the Gigs 😂
English

Agreed and the public have been using smart phones for years, therefore, more accepting of the need to prove identity.

@Izzyminx Politics aside, the Diplomatic and Economic landscape would have looked rather different today; then there was access to #Schengen information system. Cc @TomTugendhat @aj66inuk
English

The Conservatives saw the value in an eBorders system and an ID Card system, but the incoming Labour government cancelled them both. The tax payer paid the severance bill. Infuriating and short sighted. Important infrastructure programmes need cross-party support.
Security Analyst @ SRSRM@Selyst
@NciwJon @DesignSecultd @CtgIntelligence There is considerable political sensitivity over identity & surveillance. Look at the liquidated damages HMG paid over the cancelled E-Borders & ID card programmes. Cc @Izzyminx @mcsigmavadiba @aj66inuk

Yep, I’d agree with that analysis @melissarachlove. A big gamble, let’s see if it pays off. 🤷♀️
Melissa@TheDesignSpace@melissarachlove
Interesting take!

@thatginamiller Lying with snakes and swimming with piranhas…… he’s already had a couple of years practice at that game 🐍 🐟
English

Joking aside about Matt Hancock, but can see him going all the way to the final.
Who can resist voting to force our former Health Secretary lying with snakes or swimming with piranhas?
He'll probably win more votes than the Tories will at the next GE!
