@GroomB Important to recognise also her huge impact as Secretary of State for Transport, especially 1967 Road Traffic Act which introduced 70 mph speed limit, seat belts & breathalysers. Huge leadership on road safety that has saved many lives.

Family friend bought an EV. It wouldn’t start one morning. Manufacturer said they could come in 4 weeks. The RAC came out in four days. Battery broken but only under warranty for a year and a week. They’d had the car for a year and 2 weeks. How’s this going to work then?

As there are currently five per hour each way, that will mean 20 trains per hour: one every three minutes.

Rishi Sunak's promised rail improvements will mean you could travel from Manchester to Sheffield in 42 minutes. He's also promised to reopen the Don Valley rail line, to make improvements to the A1 and 70 other road schemes - and to keep a £2 bus fare across the whole country.

Service update Service 203 into leeds are diverted via leeds bridge into city centre due to running upto 20 mins late.
This is due to a high of volume of traffic due to circumstances beyond our control.
Normal route out of leeds.
