(2) Customer service says the earliest repair is 6/5—the day we leave town for a week. Store couldn’t help, promised a manager callback, but no call as of 4:30 PM today. We’ve already had to use a laundromat because of this. Need help getting this resolved sooner.

(1) Bought a washer/dryer from Best Buy (#316, Downers Grove, IL) on 5/23 (Order #1126143336718). Delivered/installed by JB Hunt on 5/27. First use on 5/29: dryer failed with “Gas Supply: open gas valve or check gas supply,” indicating an installation issue.

NOW: Grand Rapids rapper, Jameson Botwinski, released a song claiming that police officers should be r-ped for the death of Da’Quain Johnson who died after pulling a firearm on law enforcement weeks ago.
“Rest in peace Da’Quain Johnson. What should we do to those cops when we find them? Lock em up, don’t kill them that’s hostile. Let them get r-ped, n** spilling out the nostrils and tonsils.”
Botwinski, who goes by the rap name Sonny Ski, is not actually from Grand Rapids, and works as a truck driver for J.B. Hunt in addition to rapping.

Hey @WhirlpoolCorp @whirlpoolusa your installers (JB Hunt) just left an active water leak and a incorrectly installed vent hose.
Your driver’s own POD photos even show the vent mangled and the dryer on their test cycle is showing a check vent light, yet your chat team is making me wait until April 17th for a fix.
They just rescheduled earlier for the 14th which is a day I explicitly told the support team I could not do due to work.
This is a major hazard. Help? #Whirlpool #CustomerServiceFail

I took a half day off work to accept delivery of a Peloton bicycle rental. Halfway through the delivery window, JB Hunt cancelled. Peloton offers no other way to receive the bicycle & insisted I call their chosen delivery contractor.
I just bought a different exercise bike.
