(2) Customer service says the earliest repair is 6/5—the day we leave town for a week. Store couldn’t help, promised a manager callback, but no call as of 4:30 PM today. We’ve already had to use a laundromat because of this. Need help getting this resolved sooner.

@BestBuy (1) Bought a washer/dryer from Best Buy (#316, Downers Grove, IL) on 5/23 (Order #1126143336718). Delivered/installed by JB Hunt on 5/27. First use on 5/29: dryer failed with “Gas Supply: open gas valve or check gas supply,” indicating an installation issue.
