#BTC If you believe the Bitcoin Bear Market bottom is in already... That means you believe some of the following: - The Bear Market has shortened to just 1/3 of the usual time it takes for Bitcoin to bottom - That there has been a drastic shallowing across Bear Market corrections by ~25% (whereas the historical difference in shallowing across Bear Cycles has been up to ~10%) - The previous Bull Market never ended, that price is currently recovering from a Bull Market correction and that the previous Bull Cycle has lengthened by over 200 days Effectively, the belief of "the Bear Market bottom is already in" assumes major invalidation of long-standing principles in Bitcoin market cycles which is probabilistically unlikely until proven otherwise (i.e. via price breach of Macro Lower Highs) $BTC #Crypto #Bitcoin

A Russian biophysicist spent 30 years proving that shining red light on a cell could double its energy, and almost nobody believed her until a tech billionaire named Bryan Johnson made her work the most searched biohack on the internet. Her name was Tiina Karu. She worked in a Moscow lab through the 1980s and 1990s, and the discovery she defended for decades sat in journals nobody read while the rest of medicine ignored her. The whole thing started by accident. In 1967, a Hungarian doctor named Endre Mester was trying to use a new device called a laser to burn tumors out of mice. His laser was broken. It did not have enough power to burn anything. He used it anyway. The mice grew their hair back faster than the control group. Their wounds healed faster too. He had no idea why. Tiina Karu picked up his work and asked the question that mattered. Why does this happen. She ran experiments for 20 years. Different wavelengths. Different doses. Measuring what happens inside the cell when red light hits it. The answer she landed on was almost too specific to be true. The thing in your body that responds to red light is one enzyme. Cytochrome c oxidase. It sits inside your mitochondria. Mitochondria are the part of your cell that makes energy. They take oxygen and food and turn it into a molecule called ATP, which is the fuel your cells run on. Your body makes 40 to 70 kilograms of ATP every single day just to keep you alive. If your mitochondria slow down, you age faster, heal slower, lose hair, lose muscle, and get inflamed easier. Cytochrome c oxidase does most of the work. It contains copper and iron atoms. Those atoms happen to absorb light at very specific colors. Red light at 630 to 670 nanometers. Near-infrared light at 810 to 850 nanometers. Other colors do almost nothing. Blue does not work. Green does not work. The biology is locked to those two windows because that is what the metal inside the enzyme can physically catch. When a red photon hits that enzyme, three things happen. The enzyme runs faster. ATP production jumps 30 to 40% within minutes. Nitric oxide gets released. Blood vessels widen. More oxygen and nutrients flow in. A small stress signal goes off inside the cell that tells it to repair itself. The same signal it gets after exercise. Red light is not adding anything to the cell. It is just unlocking work the cell was already trying to do. For 30 years almost nobody outside her field cared. Red light therapy lived inside dental clinics for mouth ulcers and physical therapy offices for tendonitis. Medical schools did not teach it. The science sat in obscure journals. Then the evidence started piling up. A 2024 review of 18 trials confirmed red light speeds up wound healing. Another 2024 review found it lowered inflammation markers by 38% over 4 weeks. Athletes using red light before training had 45% less muscle soreness the next day. Seven separate trials on hair loss showed visible regrowth in every single one. A 2024 study found 15 minutes of red light before a meal cut blood sugar spikes by 27.7%. In March 2026, Nature published a 4,000 word feature on red light therapy. The most respected scientific journal on Earth officially admitted there was real biology under the hype. That was the moment the field crossed from fringe to mainstream. Bryan Johnson is the reason the average person now knows any of this exists. He uses a red light cap on his scalp for 6 minutes daily and a full-body panel three times a week. He posted his hair regrowth photos and his skin scans, and the algorithm did the rest. Red light masks went from biohacker forums to Sephora shelves in two years. Tiina Karu died in 2019. She did not live to see Nature validate her. She did not live to see a billionaire turn the enzyme she identified into a billion dollar industry. Every red light mask, panel, cap, and bed on the planet right now is just a way to deliver the photons she proved mattered. The wavelengths were always there. The enzyme was always there. The biology was always real. It just took a Hungarian doctor with a broken laser, a Russian scientist nobody listened to, and one tech billionaire willing to stand in front of a glowing panel for the world to finally pay attention.

Medical techniques keep evolving even on something as common as this. Early on they left the uterine wound open and relied on contractions. Later they started stitching everything together. Interesting to see the push now to separate the layers again for better long term healing.

Happened whilst he was away, doesn’t want to go to police etc, history of depression It could even be a cover story She should go to police. This is ok on the guy, he clearly is not comfortable raising someone else’s kid, especially the rapists, daily reminder and he’ll be repulsed Fair not the best outcome but he’s made clear what he is and is not willing to do She obviously was more willing to keep the baby solo than abort, that’s also ok

Loool if this story is real, your wife seems to feel entitled on judging somebody else’s affairs and being allowed to make a jibe on it. She needs to think about, what actually drove her to make that snide comment? Was it jealousy of your brother receiving money? What was the root cause? 40hours a week of free childcare is worth not only MONEY but also a person’s own FREE TIME. If she really wanted to measure the worth of his rent or her child minding capacity, can be done easily mathematically of a minimum wage + extra value of the persons free time whilst not being paid it Again the fact she wants to stop the arrangement, what is the root cause of that decision, is it anger and a hurt ego? Because your mam absolutely would not take the bullshit under any circumstances especially on matters which have nothing to do with your wife. You can approach this from an emotional point of view, not logic, so that your wife realises it’s actually her own ego and entitlement along with her perception of your mothers difference in treatment of you and your brother, she may think you are slighted or get less “benefits” She is being unreasonable (your wife) make her see it through exploring the emotions that triggered the original jibe

AM I WRONG FOR CHOOSING MY MOTHER OVER MY WIFE? My wife and I have a son who is about to turn five. For years, my parents, mostly my mother, have provided full time childcare at no cost. She follows every rule we set, no screens, no sweets, routines exactly as asked, and our son adores her. We genuinely could not afford daycare, and even if we could, it would not compare. Recently, we learned my parents have been quietly paying my older brother’s rent. He has a long history of poor choices, and my wife made a sharp comment about favoritism and how the problem child always gets rewarded. My mother snapped back hard, saying she spends forty hours a week caring for our child and can do whatever she wants with her money, even waste it entirely. The language was intense and shocked everyone. My wife demanded an apology. My mother apologized for the wording but doubled down on the message, saying her finances are not up for debate…….. 👇

Just picked up my mom from the airport! All my Pokémon cards have been brought back to me safely, but the most interesting thing my mom found was my old Game Boy collection. In the same box was a Game Boy Pokémon Red Version. I remember receiving both blue and red but never played the red. It’s still sealed in its original packaging. (Everyone knows the blue was cooler.) Is this worth anything?

@Sykodelic_ What key structures exactly? Even a move to $90k is still bearish But yeah be good if Bitcoin really does just keep pumping But structurally there is no bull case until this bear flag is resolved imo

Let me tell you the main reason we aren’t going back to $60k. And it’s not because we’ve broken a few key structures. It’s Because literally, as soon as we drop 1%, every single person starts calling for $60k and new lows. If we drop 2% the amount of people that will chase with shorts will keep sending us higher. Lower is the overbearingly crowded trade. The vast vast vast majority are expecting lower continuation, this rally to fail… And 4 year cycle to play out. I’m here to tell you that it’s not going to happen.

$GOLD same story as silver Respecting the channel and daily bear ema configuration $4500 must hold for the bull break Otherwise $4k is a valid lower expectation

I seem to be the only person who appreciates this $SPX 500 bull run channel. Market has been in a bull phase since October 2022. Probably a year left, 3 at most. Every break of this channel has been a deviation. Current fractal is of the previous deviation, the structure looked similar on the reversal and so far it’s tracked perfectly.

Forza Horizon 6 review and impressions after 30+ hours. ▫️ Best Forza Horizon game ever made ▫️ Story is a BIG improvement, it actually feels like you're working your way up the ranks ▫️ Japan exceeded the hype, best open world to date ▫️ More to do, more to find, and more to create ▫️ Audio and sound design was one of the biggest improvements. It's not just the engine audio. It's the directional audio. Racing down tunnels sounds simply incredible, especially with multiple cars beside you. ▫️ Visual density has been greatly increased. Gone are the wide open deserts and fields - there are towns, villages, ports, mountains, forests, and much more. Massive improvement in this regard. ▫️ Graphics are a moderate, but noticeable improvement over FH5. From the trailers they looked similar, but in person I can definitely see a difference. Lighting is probably the biggest upgrade but the roads, foliage, and more also look notably better ▫️ PC version has RT reflections and RTGI during gameplay. It's a transformative upgrade, but still looks great without it. I actually decided to turn it off for 4K to get a higher frame rate. ▫️ No issues with performance ▫️ Gameplay and overall feel of driving is more realistic but still 'fun'. Each car feels distinct and handles differently. ▫️ Massive open world with tons of single player content, and all of it was fun and seamless. There really weren't any events I didn't enjoy! ▫️ Wide range of customization and accessibility options that you can tweak to your liking ▫️ Over 550 cars to unlock. They don't throw them at you quite as fast as FH5 which is good. ▫️ Each region has Treasure Cars where you're sent a photo and have to find the rare car at that location. It's like the Barnyard Finds, but better (those are still in the game too!). ▫️ Each region now has mascots you can smash, in addition to XP boards ▫️ Rewards include new cars, credits, customization options, and more ▫️ Biggest complaint is that NPC density still could be higher, especially in the Tokyo City area. I understand it's for performance reasons, but seeing sparsely populated streets and sidewalks in the heart of Tokyo feels unrealistic and immersion breaking. I consider this a minor nitpick though, not a huge deal. ▫️ Loading times are faster across the board. Fast travel, menus, and loading into the game. ▫️ Fast travel has been made completely free as long as you've been there once ▫️ Soundtrack is actually solid! Definitely better than FH5 and 4. Good amount of real world, licensed songs, and a dedicated J-Pop station. There's a lot more I could say about Forza Horizon 6, but long story short it's FUN. I did not want to put the game down during this review period. Playground has addressed nearly every point of feedback coming off of Forza Horizon 4 and 5. The long awaited Japan setting exceeds expectations, with a gorgeous open world packed with things to do and vistas to see. Tokyo City is massive, and feels incredible to drive through, especially during those Street Races at night. The story actually feels like a real story, as you work your way up from an unknown driver to a Horizon Legend. If you're a Forza Horizon fan, this is a day one no question. And the great thing about this series - you don't have to know a thing about cars to have a good time. Forza Horizon 6 makes that easy. Final Score: 9.5/10 (still in progress) Playtime: 25 hours Platform: PC Thanks to @Xbox for providing review access. #ForzaHorizon6 #Forza #ForzaHorizon
