I'm not calling out this poster specifically, but I've had a lot of this in my mentions today. So, I come in peace when I ask: Are Raptors fans really this down on Barnes and the team this year? Or am I getting a weird cross-section of the fanbase in my mentions? I feel like Barnes is coming along just fine and the team has had a nice step-forward season. Thought most Toronto fans were there too.

He's mostly played 3B, so the fit isn't really there, but Isaac Paredes would look nice on the Blue Jays. Hasn't played much 2B in recent years, and he wouldn't be strictly a platoon guy. Would raise the lineup's ceiling immensely, though.

I am starting to get a bit concerned about Carlos Estevez. He is notoriously a slow starter in Spring training, but now this is back-to-back outings where he failed to eclipse 90 MPH after sitting 95 MPH last year. His pitch data is by far the worst I've seen this Spring

Eloy Jiménez didn't play in the majors last season. He's 2-for-3 with a HR and 2B today. Crushed both balls (97.7 mph and 104.8). With the WBC, he'll get a lot of runway to make an impression.
