Q3 is the expected timeline for completion. - President Trump is urging Congress to amend the upcoming November ban on hemp-derived THC to ensure full-spectrum CBD products are allowed. - According to sources close to President Trump, he is also expected to publicly urge Congress soon to pass cannabis banking legislation. - Sources also tell us a descheduling commission is still expected to be announced this summer, likely in August.
