Just fyi how absolutely nuts my life was the last 20 (!) months I was so blue light sensitive and reacting to all kinds of shit that after sundown I basically listened to podcasts in a dark room before sleep Twenty. Fucking. Months. Straight. Now I'm in a legit low EMF place for not even 2 months And I went out until 2 in the morning to a bar with drinks and everything and was completely fine lol.

@Soil1s4Future @lapislagoons I fully agree, and have since built confidence knowing myself, and accepting imperfections. As a youth I didn’t understand any of this. After doing a deep dive into my self, I realized how little I truly know, and not to accept others interpretations as fact

The answer is simple, but incredibly difficult, which is to accept your flaws and trust in others not to demand perfection, which everyone hates BTW. Nobody wants to be around perfect people. They make everyone feel like shit. The self modeling goes all the way to the extent that you internally reject the judgment of others. Many don't ever get that self secure though, so don't pressure yourself.

@lapislagoons I knew they loved me, but it still brought flaws to the light, and without knowing how to work on those flaws it only caused the pain of awareness, and likely manifestation of the issues into greater ones

@lapislagoons No. I was always getting so sad growing up, I held myself together with the friends, but would think on all of it when I got home. Every joke hit my heart, created deep insecurities
