Premier Smith, We write to you as Albertans who hold a wide variety of views and perspectives on Alberta’s future. Some of us support Alberta’s current position in Canada, some support greater provincial sovereignty within Canada, some support Alberta independence, and some remain undecided. But regardless of where we all stand on the question of which path Alberta should take, we are all united in our belief that Albertans deserve the right to peacefully and democratically express their views on this question at the ballot box. The recent court ruling blocking the Stay Free Alberta petition has created deep concern and resentment amongst many in our province. We believe - as you yourself have stated - that this ruling was an “error in law”. Regardless of anyone’s opinion on Alberta separation, it makes no sense for courts to require indigenous consultation before citizens are permitted to even collect signatures on an issue, rather than prior to actual government action being taken, as has historically been the case. Given this, we were pleased to hear your confirmation that your government will appeal this ruling and defend the rights of Albertans to collect signatures on any issue going forward. However, as you know, the appeals process in Canada can take a very long time. We are therefore calling on you to use your existing authority under Alberta’s Referendum Act to place the Stay Free Alberta petition question on the ballot alongside the other referendum questions you are putting to Albertans on October 19th, 2026. More than 300,000 Albertans signed the Stay Free Alberta petition calling for a referendum on Alberta leaving Canada, and more than 400,000 Albertans signed the Forever Canadian petition calling for a referendum on Alberta remaining in Canada. You previously indicated that if sufficient signatures were collected, an independence question would appear on the October 19th, 2026, ballot. More than 700,000 people want to have their say. We believe it is important for Albertans’ continued faith in our democratic institutions and processes that this commitment be honoured. Ultimately, this is not a question of whether we support separation or not. The question is whether we support Albertans' right to vote on issues of major public importance. In a free and democratic society, the answer to complicated political questions should be debate, persuasion, and participation - not prohibition. Albertans should not lose their opportunity to vote on this and other issues at the whim of a single judge. A failure to hold a vote as promised would result in even further alienation, distrust, and resentment towards institutions that are already perceived to be treating Albertans unfairly. We hope your government's appeal of this ruling eventually succeeds, but a referendum cannot wait - Albertans’ democratic rights should not be suspended for years while court cases drag on. Elon just offered to fund a wrongful death lawsuit against UK police officers who handcuffed the victim of a stabbing. Henry Novak had been stabbed by Vickrum Digwa with an 8in Sikh martial arts knife. When officers arrived, Vickrum claimed he had been racially abused, while Henry was lying on his side, telling the police he’d been stabbed and couldn’t breathe. Officers immediately took Vickrum’s side and told Henry that he was under arrest for suspicion of assault, dismissing claims that he’d been stabbed. Henry died as a result of his injuries. Black students gathered several white students to a specific spot on the playground and forced them to state ‘Black Lives Matter’ against their will. Those who refused were beaten. The school didn't want to release the video but a lawsuit was filed to obtain it.

The MOU should concern every Albertan. If Ottawa can force new costs onto Alberta oil just to let us move our own product to market, then the problem is bigger than one pipeline. The problem is Confederation itself.

Canada is basically executing people who are too depressed to be in Canada, these who just can't afford it and call it a healthcare service; "Euthanasia on demand. Ontario’s Chief Coroner has documented MAID deaths driven not by illness, but by poverty, loneliness, and lack of housing." The Liberals are housing illegal foreigners in hotels and import more to take away jobs of locals then execute Canadians who are impacted by their policies. I can't believe Canada got to this point.

🚨 STUDENT CLAIMS SHE “SOLVED SCHIZOPHRENIA” DURING A RESEARCH PAPER — AND PEOPLE THINK SHE MAY HAVE JUST ACCIDENTALLY EXPOSED A MASSIVE COVER-UP A woman is going viral after posting a breakdown claiming modern psychiatry may be focusing on the WRONG part of the brain when it comes to schizophrenia. And the deeper she goes into her theory… the more intense the video gets. According to her: “It’s the f*cking thalamus… and the thalamus is being neglected.” She claims schizophrenia may not primarily be a dopamine disorder at all… but instead a failure in the brain’s sensory filtering system. Her theory centers around the thalamus, the part of the brain responsible for processing and relaying incoming information. And according to her, when that system becomes “leaky,” the brain starts trying to fill in missing information itself… creating hallucinations, paranoia, sensory overload, and distorted reality. “Your brain will always try to make sense of something… so if it’s missing information, it’s just gonna make up its own.” The video goes even further into claims that: • schizophrenia may be tied to glucose dysregulation in the brain • hallucinations are caused by a “leaky” thalamus failing to filter information properly • antipsychotic drugs only mask symptoms instead of fixing the root problem • low-carb diets could increase risks for dementia and Alzheimer’s • ADHD may also be connected to the same “leaky filter” mechanism • the brain creates hallucinations when it tries to fill in missing sensory information • current psychiatric research may be focusing on the wrong brain regions entirely But the moment hitting the hardest? Lets talk about it: Alberta created without a recorded vote. Used as a resource colony for 25 years. Given resources at the onset of the worst economic disaster in the 20th century. Spilled Albertans blood for both 1st WW and 2nd WW. 1957 equalization starts to goose Albertans. 1970s Alberta booms with the eastern provinces in envious greed. 1980s eastern canada wrecks Alberta. EEE senate (fail) 1990s libs treat us with contempt. Reform party tries to fix confederation on a federal level and the federal level tries to fix the constitution (both fail) 2000s libs try to screw Alberta again with Kyoto accords. 2001 firewall letter (bluster) 2021 equalization referendum (nothing) 2022 sovereignty legislation (tough talk) What hasn't been tried? The only option is Alberta independence.

This is legitimately fraudulent and demands accountability. Canadians can have the decency to want to address inequity from the past and most do, without being attacked by a hardened ideological wing of society and the government that wants to enforce a way of thinking and being.
