In December 2025, Ethical Approach UK placed into the public record a report titled:
“Operation Talla - The Snake With Several Heads”
It examined the convergence of:
• behavioural manipulation,
• policing directives,
• information control,
• regulatory suppression,
• and military influence during COVID-19.
At the time, many preferred not to look too closely.
That however, is no longer sustainable.
The British public deserve to understand precisely what took place during those years - not merely what they were told publicly, but what systems operated behind the messaging, behind the enforcement and behind the management of dissent.
The report draws together material relating to:
• SPI-B fear amplification,
• the weaponisation of the term “misinformation”,
• Operation Talla policing directives,
• domestic information monitoring,
• and the wider architecture of behavioural compliance.
Whether one agrees with every conclusion or not, these matters are now too serious, too evidenced and too historically significant to be ignored.
A society which forgets what was done to it becomes vulnerable to having the same machinery used again and again.
Read it carefully and ask yourself one simple question:
How much of what happened during COVID-19 was truly about public health and how much concerned the management of population behaviour itself?
