@JC872910 @joeroganhq There are many cases of extremely diabetic then reversing it with just proper food. 0 medicine intervention. Just eat non-processed meat, exercise, limit rice/white bread/pasta, avoid sugar like it's a poison. No need to go to Italy.

@JC872910 @joeroganhq My hba1c was 6.41% (diabetic). I just ate clean food and mostly meat. After 6 months it was 6.01%(prediabetic). After 12 months its now 5.5% (normal range). Pretty easy to reverse it. Just change your food.
