@BrynLaw Budget based on a number of things besides fan input. Summer concerts, player sales, football “fortune” facup runs etc. Some functions are volunteer led, others such as the commercial dept aren’t. A need to tap into fan base with constructive ideas.

@JCP_14_ I think apathy is more concerning at a club run by fans. Where the budget is solely based on fan input, where all the functions of the club are run by volunteers, if people are losing interest, it has a direct impact.

Surely, now more than ever Trust membership numbers should go up? (Membership runs June to June) With the people wanting change and those wanting the club to survive this difficult period, or both.
