Is this an ISP or a part-time network? You cannot charge premium rates for a service that works 3 days a week.

@FOBroadband @NgComCommission @FiberOne_help @fccpcnigeria My connection was down from last week Friday, finally "fixed" on Tuesday evening, and by yesterday (Friday), the LOS red light was blinking again. This means your technicians did a temporary patch job instead of a permanent fix. Do better!

@FOBroadband My FiberOne internet has been down since Friday. I contacted customer care and was told it would be fixed within 24–48 hours.We are now at 72+ hours with no restoration and no meaningful update
