No Duane. My reasoning is that 301,620 Albertans (123,000 more than required) signed a lawful petition requiring a constitutional referendum on independence.
I don’t care about Lukaszuk’s tourist/Disney Character petition. He can’t even make up his mind if he ever wanted a referendum.
Regardless of what the court or Elections Alberta does Danielle Smith will soon be served with a statutory declaration certifying the result. She will ignore the wishes of 301,620 largely UCP voters at her political peril.
As a “Professor of Political Science” I thought you might know this.

The breakfasts are not free. They are paid for by taxes - mostly on parents who feed their own kids. Most of these 10,000 children would have had a perfectly healthy breakfast at home without these clubs.
