@DonielWeinreich @Rosenblades I hear your point in svara but to me, I just want to see a quality squad every year making runs at Skyline championships, sarachek guys or not... Also, like some have said, this is great "side-Kiruv", especially if you have a guy like ZS12 organizing team events....

@Rosenblades For sure. And after all, YU is somewhat diverse and includes people from Israel or secular backgrounds as well. But I think a big part of what made the Leifer/Turell/Halperts etc. years so exciting is the way it represented the community. And I think a lot of that is being lost.

Seems like a good time to remind MacsNation that we have some awesome incoming recruits. This year’s seniors are irreplaceable, but the next wave is coming.
