@Uber_Support It’s an ongoing issue with the ubereats BOTS, repetitive and incoherent. I pay a monthly subscription and I can’t even get a response to what is the refund policy, late order arrivals, poor food condition and escalation.

@quicksrpse I have now again received the same generic response, no refund no explanation why. Why is ubereats treating customers in this manner stonewalling. Ubereats is going to lose customers to @DeliverooHelp
