Abigail Spanberger and Virginia Democrats promised “affordability.” Then they passed a $500 million carbon tax. Now the Governor’s secretary of finance hems and haws about increasing income taxes. Asked by @MarkObenshain whether Virginians can expect a proposal to raise taxes, he criticizes Virginia’s flat tax.
