I think two things are true: 1) Hurts deserves to be ranked higher if you take into account what he has accomplished. He’d be correct to feel slighted 2) This is probably roughly where he would go in a QB draft if all QBs were available I think the first one is ultimately more important

@Beardaknowledge It’s because he isn’t what elevates the team to a win on a consistent basis .. only Super Bowl mvp to not complete a pass in 2nd half of 2 games … he is a player on a team .. not the reason that makes the team better .. many Qbs can step into the situation Jalen had and win

If Jalen Hurts put up 4500 yards, 32 TDs, and 12 INTs... loses in the 1st round of the playoffs 42-35 (with 300+ passing yards) He would jump up QB Ranking lists But if he wins another Super Bowl MVP with middle of the pack regular season stats... we all know the rest

Now his availability is the issue, last season’s chemistry shifted when he returned in playoffs. Running it back with him and LeBron load managing won’t win a title.
