A guy with @Allstate insurance hit our car and was at fault. @Allstate denied coverage bc he was an @Uber driver with a passenger. @Uber_Support, I assume @Uber will pay for damages caused by your driver while working? Because we will not 😡!

@sarahlevy_ @AirCanada @AirCanada is terrible for parents. When I was 5 months pregnant & traveling across the world with a 2 year old, I paid extra to make sure we sat together. They cancelled the flight and rescheduled us with seats on different sides of the plane. They didn't reimburse me either.

Dear @AirCanada, I had the absolute worst experience of my life in customer service at the International ticket counter at Toronto. Truly horrifying, especially as a new parent. No one should fly your airline if this is how you treat customers.
