According to Arizona lawyer @DavidSGingras, apparently drinking and driving is perfectly acceptable because “this is America, not Saudi Arabia.” This is the same lawyer now attempting to avoid accountability for his SECOND DUI. First, he claimed he didn’t drink. Then police documented that he REEKED of alcohol. Then he admitted he drank. Then it was “only one.” Then it became “a few over several hours.” Now the argument appears to be that drinking and driving simply isn’t illegal. Meanwhile, according to the report, his BAC was 0.112 after initially refusing testing.
