Hey @scottsdaleazgov and @MADDNational, Maybe this should be your new slogan for drunk driving. According to Arizona lawyer @DavidSGingras, apparently drinking and driving is perfectly acceptable because “this is America, not Saudi Arabia.” This is the same lawyer now attempting to avoid accountability for his SECOND DUI. First, he claimed he didn’t drink. Then police documented that he REEKED of alcohol. Then he admitted he drank. Then it was “only one.” Then it became “a few over several hours.” Now the argument appears to be that drinking and driving simply isn’t illegal. Meanwhile, according to the report, his BAC was 0.112 after initially refusing testing. From the DUI report: “While speaking with David, I observed his eyes were bloodshot/watery and I could smell the odor of intoxicating liquors coming from his breath.” This is a LAWYER. @AZStateBar, are you paying attention? #DISBARDAVIDGINGRAS @MADDNational feel like attending his hearing? Yesterday, at the Meeting of Creditors (MOC) for con artist (and perpetual liar) #LauraMichelleOwens, we finally heard the name of the real owner of the Money Market account that Laura tried to claim as hers during her paternity case with Clayton Echard. As you may recall, in Petitioner’s Response to Respondent’s Amended Motion for Relief Based on Fraud (filed by @DavidSGingras on behalf of Laura on 4/26/24), Laura's signed affadavit included her assertion that: "To demonstrate my offers were serious, I attached proofs of funds to the offers which included a current bank statement showing I had almost $450,000 in cash in MY checking account, as shown below." Since Laura was clearly caught in this lie, she tried to throw Gingras under the bus, claiming he had signed the affidavit for her, while pretending not to know the name of the person who owned the Money Market account. @AmazonHelp First order was "lost in transit", despite UPS tracking saying that only a label was created, I confirmed with them they've never received the package. Had to wait 14 days for a replacement to be issued.
