📢 Important Update for Stakeholders! The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has provided the following relief measures regarding the validity of approved name reservations and e-form resubmissions: ✅ Extension of Validity of Approved Name Reservations • Approved name reservations expiring between 21.06.2026 and 30.06.2026 (both dates inclusive) shall remain valid up to 10.07.2026. • Stakeholders whose approved company/LLP name reservations (including applications filed through RUN, RUN-LLP and SPICe+ Part A) expired during the period from 05.06.2026 to 20.06.2026 may seek an extension up to 10.07.2026 by raising a ticket with the MCA Helpdesk on or before 30.06.2026, subject to verification and the availability of the approved name. ✅ Extension of Validity of E-form Resubmissions • In cases where the last date for resubmission of e-forms falls between 21.06.2026 and 30.06.2026 (both dates inclusive) shall stand extended up to 10.07.2026. • For e-forms where the last date for resubmission fell between 05.06.2026 and 20.06.2026, or where the forms were cancelled due to non-resubmission during this period, stakeholders may request an extension/ reopen up to 10.07.2026 by raising a ticket with the MCA Helpdesk on or before 30.06.2026. Such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis after due verification.
