Another scandal is brewing at the Port of Mombasa. SATURDAY NATION says Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) have asked the Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) why they gave a frivolous excuse on why one of the bidders for the Ksh56 billion Dongo Kundu Special Economic Zone was dropped, yet the said bidder had more than 10 years experience in port business compared to those who had been awarded the tender. KPA Managing Director William Ruto has told JICA to let the matter slide, as the bidder was dropped for reasons not related to what Kenyans are thinking. It was just yesterday when President William Ruto attempted to cover our eyes with cobwebs telling the international community that he was corruption's worst nightmare. Let us see whether he's going to release another circular in the dead of the night asking his namesake at KPA to report to the nearest prison tailor for his measurements to be taken. Bwana, we will be there no matter what.
