@virginmedia I cannot believe how absolutely awful and shocking your service is. Our Broadband has been down weeks with no help whatsoever from Virgin. We got the app, we had to pay EXTRA for a booster which does nothing. And still without internet. I want somebody out ASAP!

@virginmedia You would think it would be as simple as that?! We have the app- we have the booster- we STILL have rubbish internet, HENCE why I want an engineer out ASAP. I should not have to be doing all these ‘tests’. If it’s so amazing and the best broadband then it should work!!

@virginmedia All wires etc fitted and secure! Says we are getting fast broadband so why is it not reaching any of our devices? To be fair, I’m fed up of hearing ‘outages in the area’. I want an engineer to come to my Home. This has been going on far too long now.
