Very disappointed with H&M quality. My t-shirt got discoloured after just one wash despite proper care. Customer support denied help saying it’s beyond 7 days, but this is clearly a quality issue, not a normal return. Expected much better from H&M. @hm @hm_custserv @nykaafashion

@hm why everytime I go on to your website are you ALWAYS sold out of the 3 and 2-pack slim fit ribbed vest tops in white?? What’s worse is you don’t even have them in store so I can’t even go and pick them up from a local store anywhere! Please sort this out!

@hm never ever shop from h&m. Their customer service is pathetic literally very disappointed. They have the policy to initiate the refund within 14 days and it has been more than 14 days i didn’t get any refunds plus they are not letting me to talk to their supervisors. #h&m
