First ThuFLEP procedure successfully performed in Chile with Urolase+ Premium We are proud to share that the first #ThuFLEP procedure in Chile using the Urolase+Premium laser system has been successfully completed at @FelixHfb , with the strong support of our trusted partner IMV MED CHILE. The surgery was performed by Dr. @JIgnacioAcuna and involved a prostate of 50 cc with a non-simple anatomical configuration, further complicated by cystolithiasis with a 17 mm bladder stone. Despite these factors, the entire operation was completed in just 45 minutes. The patient was discharged within 24 hours, underscoring the efficiency and favorable recovery profile of the procedure. @JIgnacioAcuna highlighted the performance of the #DissectPulse mode, noting its precision in anatomical dissection, controlled tissue interaction, and effective hemostasis. According to his feedback, the laser performed excellently and efficiently throughout the case.
