@VirginAtlantic been back from my holiday with you for a week now and the £3000 the @DoubleTree New York west incorrectly charged me and my guests has still not been refunded. What’s going on? I cannot get you to respond #Virginatlantic #doubletreehilton

@DoubleTree A week after your hotel incorrectly charged me and two of my guests £3000 at your hotel @doubletree by Hilton New York west after I’d booked and paid for my holiday through @VirginAtlantic I’m still no closer to getting this resolved! #ripped-off

@VirginAtlantic @DoubleTree Been trying for a week now to get this sorted, no responses, no idea what’s going on and I’m sat with two of your other guests with £3000 on our cards. I’d been looked after so well by @VirginAtlantic up until this point. I need someone to reach out to me please.
